В программе ArchiCAD включаешь отображение 3D вида (Shift + F3)

Далее в меню "файл" - "сохранить как...

" выбираешь в "тип файла" - Файл 3DStudio (*.3ds) -  Сохранить

- Далее, в всплывающем окне (ВАЖНО !) в окне выбора единиц измерения ставишь 1000 мм

- сохранить.
