Description:
The building is the Schoolhouse, Tambov State Technical University and the former building of the Tambov Theological Seminary. Since 1786, on the waterfront street of Tambov city place was allocated for the construction of the seminary, and in 1788, the new building was translated two classes of philosophy and rhetoric. It was built under the supervision of, and maybe on a draft provincial architect Vasily Andreyevich Usachjova.
