Peu de temps à propos de moi
Motherhood. Learning. Growing. Sharing. Every day is a chapter — here’s mine. ????
1. Motherhood – Unlike Anything I’ve Ever Known
Before I became a mother, I thought I understood love, patience, and personal growth. But then my child arrived — and everything changed. Motherhood didn’t just shift my priorities. It shifted me. It brought a kind of love so fierce and vulnerable that I’m still learning how to hold it. Being a mom isn’t just about raising a child; it’s about being transformed from the inside out.
2. Why I Started Sharing
In those early days, I often felt overwhelmed — by information, by pressure, and by my own expectations. I didn’t want picture-perfect parenting tips; I wanted something real. I wanted to hear someone say, “I’ve been there too,” or “You’re not alone.” I created this space because I couldn’t find enough of that. I didn’t start sharing because I have it all figured out — I don’t — but because I believe in learning out loud, and in building a space where others can breathe a little easier knowing they’re not the only ones figuring it out.
3. What I Believe in as a Parent
I believe that children don’t need perfect parents. They need present ones. They need to be seen, heard, and understood. I believe that connection matters more than control, and that childhood is not a race but a sacred time for exploration, growth, and emotional safety.
I believe in gentle, respectful parenting — not because it’s easy, but because it’s meaningful. I believe play isn’t just something children do; it’s how they learn. I believe feelings should be felt, not fixed. And I believe that in choosing to parent with intention, we’re also reparenting ourselves in the most healing way.
4. Who This Space Is For
This space is for the mother who’s doing her best on four hours of sleep.
For the parent who’s trying to stay calm when everything feels loud.
For the caregiver who wants to raise kind, confident, emotionally aware children — even when it’s hard.
For anyone who’s looking for support, for reminders, for small tools that can make a big difference.
Here, I share what I learn: toddler activities, early learning ideas, ways to foster independence, ways to strengthen connection. But I also share the real stuff: the guilt, the uncertainty, the moments when you sit in the dark after bedtime and wonder, “Did I do okay today?”
5. I’m Still Learning Too
I’m not a parenting expert. I’m just a mom, learning every single day. I’m learning how to stay patient when I’m tired. I’m learning how to set boundaries without shame. I’m learning how to forgive myself for the moments I wish I could redo. Some days I feel confident. Other days, I feel like I’m starting from zero. That’s okay. Parenting isn’t a straight line — it’s a spiral of becoming, again and again.
6. What You'll Find in This Space
In this little corner of the internet, I hope to offer more than ideas. I hope to offer honesty. Encouragement. Gentle perspective. You’ll find:
– Thoughtful reflections on the emotional journey of motherhood
– Play-based and Montessori-inspired learning ideas
– Conversations about parenting with empathy and intention
– Real stories from real days: the kind with messes, meltdowns, and moments of magic
I want this to be a space that doesn’t add pressure, but lifts it. A place that reminds you: you’re not failing. You’re growing.
7. Motherhood Is a Journey — Not a Title
Motherhood isn’t a destination we arrive at. It’s a journey we walk — slowly, bravely, imperfectly. Sometimes it looks like craft time and giggles. Sometimes it’s tears and time-outs. Sometimes it’s sitting in silence with a warm cup of tea, finally alone after a long day.
You don’t have to be a “supermom.” You don’t have to get it all right. What matters is that you keep showing up — with love, with grace, and with a willingness to grow alongside your child.
If you’re on that path, too — welcome. You’re not alone.
