Owen retired from a senior executive position with a Fortune 500 company after a forty-year career in banking and financial services. After retirement, he worked as a consultant, before pursuing other interests, including writing. Owen and his wife Kathy have been married for more than fifty years. They presently live in Texas. Business travel during his working career took Owen all over the world, as well as throughout the United States.
