Потолок помимо декоративной функции (не основной) скрывает электрику и сигнализацию, и швы... т.к. это сенд.панель об обнижении потолка по всей площади не может быть и речи т.к. высота не велика:)Стеллаж...не считаю, что он не так уж и не к месту, т.к. в реальности сочетается с покрытием пола (дерево под покрытие пробки) и это тот предмет мебели, который уже существовал до проекта:)
